PAMELA HADDON FORD
Pamela Haddon Ford, a native of Northumberland, Pennsylvania
, received her education at
Dickinson
College (A.B.),
Duke Divinity School (M.Div.) and Drew Theological School (D.Min.) Since her ordination in 1975,
Pam has served 6 parishes in the New Cumberland, Chambersburg, Harrisburg, and State College Districts of
the Central Pennsylvania Conference before appointment to the State College
District on July 1, 2005. Pam is married
to Roger Ford, a retired English teacher, who enjoys sharing his love of
photography as a way to deeper encounter with God. They are the parents of Anne, a librarian at
PSU, who lives in State College with husband Ben Behler, and Emily, a graphic
designer and marketing coordinator in Vienna, Virginia.
Pam’s special passions include challenging congregations to
minister beyond the walls of the church and calling forth the brightest and
best young people for leadership in the church. Pam enjoys swimming, reading, music and serving in the community through the State College Downtown Rotary Club.
